2010 Orcutt United Soccer League (OUSL) Classic Tournament

WELCOME:  The Orcutt United Soccer League (OUSL) is proud to present the 5th Annual OUSL Classic.  The tournament will be held on December 4th & 5th, 2010 (rain dates are January 8th & 9th, 2011) in the beautiful Santa Maria Valley.  This tournament is a Class I, Competitive teams and Class III, All Star Recreational teams.

ELIGIBILITY:  Open to affiliated Competitive and All Star Recreational teams from the USYSA State Associations, CYSA-North, CYSA-South and AYSO.  Teams traveling outside of CYSA-South must comply with the travel procedures.  All Star Recreational Teams will be allowed 3 loan players (no club players).  Competitive Teams will be allowed unlimited loaned players.

APPLICATION:  If you wish to APPLY FOR PARTICIPATION in the OUSL Classic 2010 Tournament, please follow the on-line registration instructions by visiting the OUSL website: www.ousl.org, under the menu Orcutt Classic Tournament and click on the CYSA logo to register your team.  The Application must be received by the Tournament Committee on or before November 26, 2010. 

PAYMENT:  Electronic Applications are made on line and payment is only accepted by credit card, check or money order.  Payment by check or money order must contain a copy of the Payment Summary Coupon along with a check or money order payable to: "Orcutt United Soccer League" or "OUSL" and mailed to the Tournament Director address on the Payment Summary Coupon.  Application must be received before the cut-off date of November 26, 2010.

No personal checks are accepted 

                                    DISCOUNT (Teams must be from the same league)

U09 & U10     $450.00           2-3 Teams   = $25.00 per team

U11 & U12     $500.00           4-5 Teams   = $50.00 per team

U13 & U14     $500.00           6+ Teams   = $75.00 per team

NOTIFICATION:  Team acceptance will be emailed on or before November 26, 2010.  All teams will be notified my email ONLY.  Eligible teams must complete their final roster before November 28, 2010.  At check-in time you will be asked to present current 2010/2011 laminated player's card (picture included) and medical release forms for each player.  Birth certificates must be presented upon request.  Tournament package containing all necessary forms will be available at the OUSL website or can be mailed to you upon request once you have received acceptance into the tournament.

We may accept late registration, subject to bracket availability.  Teams not accepted will receive a full refund.  Cancellations prior to the deadline will be subject to a $100.00 processing fee.  Teams withdrawing after November 26, 2010 will forfeit the entire fee.  Please see complete Refund Policy under Section XVI, Titled, Governing Rules and Regulations, Item C.

LIMITATION:  To provide quality fields and competitively matched brackets, the number of teams in the tournament will be limited.  APPLY FOR THE TOURNAMENT EARLY.

FORMAT:  Each team will be guaranteed three (3) games.

AWARDS:  Trophies for 1ST place teams, Silver Medals for 2nd place teams and Bronze Medals for 3rd place teams.  Each participating player will receive a tournament pin.
